The two hour introductory lesson starts with a groundwork introduction to the sport of polo and teaches how to swing, the different shots, the hitting position and how to balance while swinging both on foot and on wooden horses. In the second hour you will be on live horses learning how to ride for polo, as well as stick and ball technique and drills.
